At the Source, they nurture their values like Gods and find nobility.

Silently open-minded, they receive the ultimate blessing.

Frederique is an entrepreneur, traveler, and practitioner of meditation for more than 10 years. She’s had self-started software businesses in 3 countries and is a director of L’Alliance Francaise of Vancouver.

In collaboration with Juan Hernandez, a Martial Arts Instructor, Personal Trainer and Manual Therapist, she’s created Senzea Meditation in Motion, a program of meditation with movement, deep breathing, mobility and balance exercises to reduce stress, inspire confidence and live life to the fullest.

Frederique is a Master Teacher of Japanese Tibetan and Karuna Reiki and has been practicing since 2012. She's a board member of the WestCoast Reiki Centre. Senzea is a practice for developing awareness about Ki, and Reiki as a meditative practice complements the meditation in motion program.

Frederique or Senzea’s certified practitioners can teach at your place of business, at her studio on Main St or by appointment.
