My specialty is holding space for people and teaching them how to do it for themselves. I love seeing people have enough space to show all the pieces that make them unique, accept their uniqueness, and share it with the world. Having more space physically leads to feeling more relaxed, allowing energy to flow freely and making you feel more alive. More mental space helps us see the bigger picture, have better discernment, and approach each day with enthusiasm!
